We can make this promise because we know it’s possible and we measure it. Six months after your child starts learning with us, we compare their progress to their initial placement test. If they haven’t mastered a full grade level of new material, we keep teaching at no charge until they have.
Every topic your child works on moves through four statuses:
Taught this session. Worked through examples with help.
Solving problems, but still needs prompts or makes slips.
Consistently answers questions correctly, independently.
Consistently correct at the highest difficulty levels, even when mixed in among other work.
If a topic slips, it goes back to practicing and we rebuild it.
Our guarantee applies on every plan to students who attend at least 90% of their sessions and complete their practice sets. We confirm it after the free placement test, because it depends on a child who is ready and wants to be here. If we ever think we’re off track, you’ll hear it from us right away, and we’ll work with you on a plan that fits.
